Your Website : Share A Property Listing On Facebook

Learn how to share a property listing from your website to Facebook.

Your Realtor association or MLS may prohibit sharing property listings on Facebook, so check with them before following the steps below.

1. Log in to Facebook, if you are not logged in already.
2. In a new window on the same device, navigate to the property listing on your website that you wish to share on Facebook.
3. Go to the property listing detail page. (This is the page that includes a large property listing photo and property details.)
4. Find and click the Facebook icon or the Share button near the listing details. It will look like this:

5. The Facebook share dialog will open.
6. Enter a compelling call to action (optional), add to your post (optional), then click Share.
   
7. Congratulations! You have shared your property listing on Facebook.

Expose Your Facebook Post to a Wider Audience

If you share a property listing on a Facebook Page (not just on your personal profile) you can pay Facebook to show your post to a wider audience - beyond just your Facebook friends and followers. This is called "boosting" your post, and it can be a powerful way to reach prospective buyers!
