The Search Foreclosures page on your website is provided courtesy of Foreclosure.com, the largest distressed property listing provider on the web.
When a visitor registers to view foreclosure listings on your website, a lead will be sent to you at the email address specified in Control Panel > Company > Edit Company > Email.
Website visitors who register to view foreclosures on your website may decide to purchase access to foreclosure email alerts and detailed distressed property information. Payment is collected by Foreclosure.com, which provides the service, and a small commission is paid to AgentWebsite.
Users can search for deals at various levels, such as state, county, city, or by address or zip code. Each listing contains comprehensive information including price, location, beds/baths, property type, photos, tax data, and neighborhood/school district details.
Foreclosure.com updates its nationwide database of foreclosure listings twice daily with information directly from hundreds of corporate sellers and government agencies.
It can be removed if you prefer not to display the foreclosure search on your website. To remove it, go to Control Panel > Pages > Search Foreclosures. Uncheck any checked boxes, then click Save changes:
