AgentWebsite is operated by Vacations, Vacations, Vacations, Inc., doing business as AgentWebsite. This policy covers information we collect from visitors to agentwebsite.net and from AgentWebsite customers and authorized users when they inquire about, purchase, or use our services, including social.agentwebsite.net. It does not cover information that a customer's website collects from its visitors for that customer's purposes; the customer's privacy notice applies to those visitors.

Information we collect

• Inquiries and accounts: names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, business and domain details, service selections, account credentials and settings, billing and transaction details, and support communications. Payment processors handle payment card information and provide us with transaction details.
• Use of our website and services: IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device details, pages and features used, referring URLs, dates and times, cookies, session identifiers, advertising click IDs, campaign parameters, and security and diagnostic records. Public-site forms may also record referral information, a hosting-provider assessment, and an abuse-prevention score. A referral and campaign attribution cookie can last up to 90 days.
• Text messaging: if you request or opt in to texts from AgentWebsite, we process your mobile number, messaging preferences and consent record, message content, replies, and delivery information.

How we use information

We use information to operate and secure our website and services, respond to inquiries and support requests, manage accounts and subscriptions, deliver requested services and communications, measure public-site use and advertising, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We use IP-derived location and hosting information and form-abuse signals to assess inquiries. We process customer-supplied lead and contact data under the customer's instructions to deliver, secure, and maintain the requested services.

Texts from AgentWebsite

If you request a verification text or opt in to AgentWebsite text notices, we may send the messages described when you provide your number, such as lead alerts, support or billing updates, and authentication codes. Any promotional text program requires its own opt-in. Message frequency varies with your requests, account activity, and preferences. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of a text program or HELP for assistance; you can also use our contact methods below. We may keep consent, opt-out, and delivery records to administer the program and document compliance.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging providers and carriers receive the information needed to deliver messages and operate the program, not permission to market their own services to you.

Cookies, pixels, and external services

Our public website uses cookies for functions such as security and referral attribution. It also uses analytics, advertising pixels (including the Meta Pixel), site-analysis tools, embedded video, chat, and form-abuse prevention. These providers may receive identifiers and browsing events and use their own cookies or similar technologies. Our services also use essential cookies.

When we disclose information

We disclose information as needed to providers that help us operate our business and deliver the services you use, including website hosting, domain registration and DNS, IDX, payment processing, email and text delivery, customer support, analytics, advertising, and security. The information disclosed depends on the service and provider's role. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a business transfer.

Meta connections and content

If you connect a Facebook Page through our publishing service, we process your Facebook account and Page identifiers, granted permissions, access tokens, the text and images you submit, scheduled times, and publishing status. We use this information to confirm access to your selected Page and publish posts you authorize or schedule, including when you are not signed in. At your direction, we send post content to Meta. We do not use Meta connection data for advertising or sell it.

If you connect Instagram, Threads, or Messenger through AgentWebsite, we process the account identifiers, permissions, access tokens, and content you provide for the feature you choose.

We keep the Facebook Page connection and access token while the Page publishing feature remains active and authorized. We keep scheduled content and publishing records as needed to operate that feature. You can disconnect your Page in the app to delete the connection and cancel pending posts. If your AgentWebsite publishing service ends, we delete the connection and cancel pending posts. Revoking AgentWebsite's access in Facebook settings stops further access; use the app or contact us to request deletion of data we hold. A post already in progress may still publish. Published posts remain on Facebook until a Page administrator removes them.

To request deletion of data we hold from a Meta connection, use our contact form and provide enough information to identify the connection. We may verify your authority and retain information where legally required.

Retention, security, and your choices

We generally keep canceled AgentWebsite customer account information for reactivation until deletion is requested, subject to records we must retain under law. We retain other information while needed to provide services, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. The period depends on the information and its purpose. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not send Social Security numbers, government IDs, health information, or full payment card details through ordinary forms or support messages.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to opt out of certain advertising disclosures. You may withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Use the contact methods below and describe your request; we may need to verify your identity or authority. We respond as required by applicable law and do not treat you differently for exercising a legal privacy right.

Children, international processing, and changes

Our website and services are intended for adults and businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate. We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where we or they operate.
