Pro IDX + CRM : Configure IDX Email Header And Footer

To include your logo, photo, and contact information in automatic IDX emails, like daily listing alerts and market reports, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the AgentWebsite Control Panel.
2. Click IDX on the top blue bar.
3. Click Setup.
4. Click Alert & Email Settings on the left.
5. Click Branding.
6. Fill in the Business Info form. Optionally upload a photo and/or logo.
7. Click Preview, then go back to the form and click Save Email Branding.
   

If your IDX plan includes Marketing Automation, follow the steps below to add your header and footer (branding) to your campaigns:

1. Click Communications.
2. Click Campaigns, then click the title of the campaign you wish to update.
3. Click Settings.
4. Check the Email Branding box and then click Save.
