Pro IDX + CRM : Connect Multiple IDX Feeds To Your Website

Connecting multiple IDX data feeds to your website is possible, but consider these caveats:

Duplicate Listings

• Property listings that have been entered in multiple MLSs that you have connected to your website may appear as duplicates in Featured Listings, or in non-advanced search results on your website.

Advanced Search & Markets (saved searches)

• Searching across multiple MLSs with advanced fields is not possible. This is because each MLS has unique advanced fields. When searching with advanced fields, users must first choose an MLS.
• Advanced fields are typically fields other than bedrooms, bathrooms, property type, and price.
• Market pages (saved search pages) that use advanced search criteria may only be based on one MLS. Again, this is because each MLS has it's own unique advanced fields.
