Unblock a suspended mailbox

Your mailbox can be automatically blocked or suspended if it sends a high volume of messages that are flagged as spam.

If you received a notification that your mailbox has been blocked, follow the instructions below.

  2. Make sure all of your computers and mobile devices are updated with the latest updates.
