Email : AgentWebsite Email Servers and Ports

Your IMAP, SMTP, and POP3 username is your full email address.
SMTP / Outbound requires authentication (username and password).
Do not use POP3 if you are checking email from multiple devices.

Recommended Settings

Email Servers

• Outbound SMTP: smtp.everyone.net
• Inbound IMAP: imap.everyone.net
• POP3: pop.everyone.net (not recommended)

Secure Ports

• IMAP: Port 993 (128 Bit SSL)
• SMTP: Port 465 (Authenticated 128 Bit SSL)
• POP3: Port 995 (128 Bit SSL)

Alternative Settings

The alternative ports below are not secure and are therefore not recommended.

• IMAP: Port 143 (not secure)
• SMTP: Port 25, 2525, or 587 (not secure)
• POP3: Port 110 (not secure)

Manage Your Mailboxes

1. To configure mailboxes and email forwarding, click Email services at the top of the AgentWebsite Control Panel.
2. Click Show all email addresses. Any existing addresses will be displayed.
3. Add and change mailboxes, email forwarding, and email passwords as needed.
