Change An Email Password

  1. Log in to the AgentWebsite Control Panel.
  2. Click Email Services. Your existing mailboxes and forwarding addresses will be displayed.
  3. Find the email address and click Reset password.
  4. Enter a new password. Note the password requirements:

    1. Must be at least eight characters in length
    2. No more than 20 characters in length
    3. Must contain at least two number [0-9] characters
    4. Must contain at least one special character from: @#$%^&*()~`-=_+[]{}|:"";',./<>?
    5. Must contain at least one upper-case and lower-case letter
    6. Cannot match the account login name or email address

  5. Click Reset password.
