Troubleshoot "Missing Listings"

If the missing listing is an MLS or IDX listing that you did not manually enter in the Control Panel:

  1. Collect one or more MLS number(s) of the missing listings.
  2. Submit the MLS numbers to AgentWebsite Support with a description of the problem. If the problem is on a specific page, include the page URL.
  3. Generally, it's not possible to troubleshoot missing IDX listings without at least one MLS number. In some cases, a street address can be used.

If you manually entered the listing in the Control Panel:

  1. You may need to simply reload the page to see the listing(s). Learn how.
  2. You may need to check the Featured box if you want the listing to show in Featured listings:
