Set up Gmail to send and receive AgentWebsite email

If you have a lot of messages in your AgentWebsite mailbox, consider using a free mail program like Thunderbird (Mac and Windows), or Apple Mail (Mac only) instead of Gmail.

To set up Gmail to send and receive email from your AgentWebsite mailbox, follow the steps below. Read all of the steps below before you begin. You will need your AgentWebsite email password.

  1. Log in to Gmail.
  2. On the top right, click the gear icon.


  3. Below the gear icon, click See all settings.


  4. Click Accounts and Import.


  5. Scroll down and click Add a mail account.


  6. A popup window will open. Enter your AgentWebsite email address, then click Next.
  7. Select Import emails from my other account (POP3). then click Next.
  8. Enter your email address, password, and POP server, then carefully select the options exactly as shown below and click Add Account.
    The POP server must be entered as pop.everyone.net
  9. Select Yes, then click Next.
  10. Enter your name and select Treat as an alias. Then click Next Step.
  11. Enter the SMTP server, your email, and password. Select Port 465 and Secured connection using SSL.
    Carefully make sure your settings match the snapshot below. The SMTP server must be entered as smtp.everyone.net
    Then click Add Account.
  12. Click Close window to return to Gmail.
  13. Your AgentWebsite mail will start to import and appear into Gmail. To view your AgentWebsite messages, click your email address in the left panel. You may need to scroll down to find it.
  14. After a few minutes, you will get an email in your Gmail with subject "Gmail Confirmation - Send Mail as...". Click the link in the email.
  15. A new tab will open. Click Confirm.
  16. A success notification will be displayed. Click the link to return to Gmail.
  17. To send mail from your AgentWebsite email address, choose it from the From menu when composing a new message in Gmail.


  18. To make adjustments, go back to gear icon > See all settings > Accounts and Import.
    Do not click delete unless you want to disconnect and remove your AgentWebsite email from Gmail.
