Pro IDX + CRM : Enable Automatic Campaigns

To automatically add visitors who register on your website to a drip email campaign, follow these steps:

1. Open the AgentWebsite Control Panel, then click IDX on the top bar. The IDX Control Panel will open in a new window.
2. Click Communications on the top bar, then click Marketing Automation on the left.
   
3. Click Automations on the left, then click Add Rule.
   
4. In the Add A Rule box
   1. Leave the source box empty.
   2. Pick a campaign from Assign to, then click Save. Recommended campaign: General Followup (Text & Email)
      
5. That’s it! From now on, visitors who register on your IDX pages will be automatically subscribed. The General Followup campaign will send emails at different times over 200 days, using smart listing and market content based on each visitor’s profile. Click Campaigns on the left to see and edit the campaign messages.
