Pro IDX + CRM : Send An Email Blast (up to 500 CRM contacts)

Instructions

1. Log in to the AgentWebsite Control Panel. (Learn how.)
2. Click IDX on the top blue bar
3. The IDX Control Panel will open in a new tab. Click Communications.
4. Click New Email on the left.
5. Enter a Subject Line for your email.
6. Scroll down and create your email message.
7. Click 'SAVE DRAFT'.
8. Scroll up and add recipients:
   • To add recipients one by one, click 'Sent to' and select the recipients.
   • To add leads in bulk, click 'CREATE LIST' to filter your leads, then click 'Add .. Leads'.
9. Now you are ready to send immediately, or set a date/time to send your email.
10. Click SEND LATER and set a date and time to send, or click SEND NOW.
11. Click Sent Emails on the left to view the progress, opens, and clicks for your email blast.
