Pro IDX + CRM : Post Buyer's Agent Compensation (BAC) to Listings on Your Website

Learn how to update your property listing descriptions on your website to include buyer's agent compensation (commission) offers.

If you update your listing descriptions as described below, they will be displayed on your website and will not be submitted back to MLS.

Manually Entered Listing Instructions

If you manually entered your listings in the Listings section of the Control Panel, go to Control Panel > Listings and simply edit the listing description for any property listing to include any buyer's agent compensation offer.

IDX Listing Instructions

The instructions below are for AgentWebsite subscribers on the following plans:

 

  1. Go to the AgentWebsite Control Panel, then click IDX at the top. This will open the IDX Control Panel.
  2. Click Listings, then click Active, then click the listing address.
  3. If you are prompted to log in, click the eye icon in the URL box, then click to allow third-party cookies. Then repeat from step 1 above.
  4. Click Property Description.
  5. Copy and paste the Default MLS Description into the editor below it. (Right-click to select "Copy" and "Paste".)
  6. Edit the description to include buyer's agent compensation (BAC), or any other text.
  7. Click Save Property Information at the bottom of the page.
  8. View the listing on your website and check your work.
