Configure Lead Recipients

There are several different places you can enter email and text message (SMS) lead recipients in the AgentWebsite Control Panel.

Profile Leads

Profile leads are sent when someone clicks Click here to email Joe (for example) on certain pages of your website, like the About Me or About Us pages. If you have entered property listings manually in the Control Panel, visitors can also send leads to the listing agent associated with those listings by clicking Inquire About This Property on the listing detail pages.

To set up profile lead recipients:

  1. Click Profile and then Edit profile.
  2. Enter recipient email addresses in the Email and Email Cc fields (optional).
  3. You can also choose to receive leads by text by checking the Leads by text box and entering a recipient number in the Mobile phone field.
  4. Repeat these steps for each profile.

Company Leads

Company leads are sent when visitors submit contact forms on certain pages of your website, like the Contact, Contact Me (or Contact Us), Relocating, For Buyers, For Sellers, Home Evaluation, and Client Reviews pages.

To set up company lead recipients:

  1. Click Company and then Edit Company.
  2. Enter recipient email addresses in the Email and Email Cc fields (optional).
  3. You can also choose to receive leads by text by checking the Leads by text box and entering a recipient number in the Mobile phone field.

IDX Leads

To receive IDX leads, you must be subscribed to a premium IDX plan. IDX leads are sent when visitors submit forms on IDX Listing, Save Search, Email Alerts, Register, Schedule Showing, Request Info, and Save To Favorites pages.

To set up IDX lead recipients:

  1. Click IDX, then in the IDX window that opens, click Setup.
  2. Click Alert & Email Settings and then Basic Setup.
  3. Enter an email recipient in Main Company Contact.
  4. Enter a recipient number in Main company mobile number and select Yes for Receive lead notifications via text message.
  5. To configure lead copies and custom routing, click Alert & Email Settings > Advanced Routing.
