Join A Remote Support Session on Windows

  1. AgentWebsite Support will give you a link to click to join the remote session. Click the link.
  2. A web page will open. Click Download. Then click Keep to start the Zoho Assist download.
  3. Double-click ZA_Connect.exe at the bottom of the window.
  4. Follow any Windows prompts to allow ZA_Connect to install. It will be automatically removed from your computer once the session ends.
  5. Wait for the remote session to start.
  6. Click Join.
  7. To pause or leave the remote session, click the appropriate icon in the Zoho Assist window at the bottom right of the screen.
  8. Click Ok.
  9. Follow the prompts to allow Windows to remove the application from your computer.
