Transfer a domain away from Homes.com / HomeSnap

If you registered a domain through Homes.com, follow these instructions to gain control of it.

  1. Go to https://tucowsdomains.com/provider-search/

    Enter your domain name and then click the magnifying glass.

    Select 'I'm not a robot', and click Continue.
  2. If your domain was registered through homes.com, the result will look like this:
  3. Call Homes.com/HomeSnap using the number on the results page. Confirm that they have your current email address (or an email address you have access to) on file for password recovery on your domain.
  4. Go to https://advanced-shopco-com.shopco.com/password, then enter your domain in the Domain box and click Send Password as shown i the snapshot below. 
  5. Check your email for a password recovery message from noreply@opensrs.email.
    Make sure to check your junk and spam folders. If you use Gmail, check the 'All mail' tab on the left. If you still do not see the email, add noreply@opensrs.email to your email contacts and repeat step 3 above. The password recovery email will look like this:
  6. Click the password reset link in the email to create a new password. IMPORTANT: WRITE DOWN OR SAVE YOUR NEW PASSWORD.
  7. After you have completed these steps (or if you need help completing these steps), contact AgentWebsite Support. We will help you transfer your domain now that you have gained control of it.
