Create Or Update A Webmail Signature

To create a webmail signature, follow the steps below.

  1. Log in to webmail, then click Preferences (gear icon) on the left.
  2. Click Signatures.
  3. Enter a Title.
  4. Enter a signature.
  5. Click Add.
  6. Note that multiple signatures can be created. One signature may be selected as the default.
  7. Your signature can be used with messages that you send from webmail.
