Enable SPAM filter settings

Are you seeing too much SPAM in your Inbox?

There are mailbox settings that you can adjust.

If you are concerned about which messages may be tagged as SPAM, adjust Filter strength:

  • Light
  • Standard (default setting)
  • Aggressive

If you are concerned about what happens to email that is identified as SPAM, adjust Filter outcome:

  • Delete: message marked as SPAM will be deleted.
  • Tag & Deliver: message marked as SPAM will be delivered to the inbox. (default setting)
  • Quarantine: message marked as SPAM will be delivered to the SPAM folder.

In addition, you can add specific mailboxes or domains to these lists:

  • Spam Senders: ensures that messages from these senders are always treated as SPAM
  • Trusted Senders: ensures that messages from these senders are always delivered to the Inbox (even if they are tagged as SPAM).
