Set Up IDX > Zapier Integration

Updated Tuesday, February 22, 2022

AgentWebsite IDX works with Zapier, a free service that automates tasks by connecting applications. There are a number of integrations (referred to as "Zaps") already built. This means that you can start using them without any coding required. This feature is only available for AgentWebsite IDX subscribers.

Accessing Zapier in the IDX Control Panel

The Zaps that are ready to use can be accessed in your IDX Control Panel.

  1. Open the AgentWebsite Control Panel, then click IDX.
  2. Click Setup on the top bar.
  3. Under Account, click Integrations.
  4. Click Add New Integrations.

Select the Zapier integration you'd like and the Zapier website will open in a new browser window. You'll be asked to log into your Zapier account or you can create an account if you don't already have one. Follow the remaining steps to complete your Zap.

Alternatively, you can log into your Zapier account directly instead of using the AgentWebsite IDX Control Panel. If choosing this option, follow these steps:

  1. Once you’re logged into Zapier, click Make a Zap.
  2. Select "iHomefinder" as the Trigger app.
  3. Select New Lead as the Trigger, then Save & Continue.
  4. Connect your IDX account by clicking Connect a New Account and entering your IDX username and password in the new window that opens. Contact AgentWebsite Support if you do not know your IDX username and password.
  5. Select your account once it appears in the Zapier admin, and click Continue.
  6. When you reach the Test screen, click the Connect & Continue button.
  7. You’ll now need to open the AgentWebsite IDX Control Panel in another tab. Navigate to Control Panel > IDX > Setup > Integrations, and within the Zapier New Lead integration listed, click Send Test Data. If you had this page open before you began creating the Zap, you’ll need to refresh in order to see the integration listed. Once you see the success message, click Continue, then configure the app you'd like to push the leads into.

For more information about IDX integrations on Zapier, visit this page on the Zapier website.

If you'd like to use Zapier to integrate with a service not listed in your IDX Control Panel, you can create custom Zaps for over 1,000 services available through Zapier. Click here to learn more.
