Fix IDX Photos Not Showing

Check your browser extensions

Kaspersky, McAfee, and DuckDuckGo browser extensions can block IDX property photos.

If IDX property photos are not being displayed on your website, and you have one or more of these browser extensions enabled, uninstall or disable all browser extensions. Re-enable the extensions one-by-one to discover which extension is blocking images. See this link for Kaspersky removal instructions.

Edge users, check your browser settings

If you use the Microsoft Edge browser, the tracking prevention setting may block IDX photos. To solve this:

1. Click the three dots (top right)

2. Select the Settings option (gear icon)

3. Click Privacy, search, and services

4. In tracking prevention, choose Balanced instead of Strict.

5. Close all Edge browser tabs and re-open Edge.
