Q1 2022 - Email and Webmail Upgrade / Migration

All email accounts have been moved to a new platform. We are grateful for the patience and kindness shown by our customers as we work to facilitate this change.

If you are experiencing email problems, we want to hear from you. Please call AgentWebsite Support at 1-888-320-2922, or open a support ticket so we can report your issue to email support.

Upgrade / Migration Status

• If email messages and folders created prior to March 4, 2022 are missing from your mailbox, send an email to resync-me@everyone.net. Sending multiple requests for the same mailbox will not change the position in the priority queue and may cause the mailbox to be synced multiple times causing the reappearance of recently deleted mail. The message must be sent from your mailbox. The message body can be empty. This will expedite the re-sync of the messages back to your mailbox from the old platform. This can take up to 48 hours. Mailboxes that have not been accessed in recent weeks may take longer, up to a week or more.
• SPAM filtering has been disabled by default. How to enable SPAM filter settings.
• Mailboxes that were previously set to forward-only were changed to store-and-forward during the migration. This setting is visible in AgentWebsite Control Panel > Email Services. It can be changed back in Webmail > Preferences (gear icon) > Advanced.
• Webmail now displays times in 24-hour format by default. It can be set to 12-hour format in Webmail > Preferences (gear icon) > Time format.
• Some customers have reported that sent messages have not been delivered. If you are experiencing this issue, please send a copy of the original sent-but-not-delivered email to in .eml or .msg format (click for instructions).
• We have temporarily suspended the creation of new mailboxes in Control Panel > Email services. Please call if you need to create a mailbox.

What To Expect

• Webmail has a new user interface.
• Your email plan has not changed.
