Add a Birthday or Transaction Anniversary to an Agent CRM Lead

In Agent CRM you can log a lead’s birthday and/or anniversary of a transaction. This makes it easy to reach out and develop your relationships with new and existing leads and contacts. It will also allow you to send automated greetings to your leads. This feature is only available for the Agent CRM product.

Adding a Birthday or Anniversary to a Lead

  1. Navigate to a specific Lead’s record page in Control Panel > IDX > Leads
  2. In the Contact box on the left, click the “EDIT” link.
  3. An “Edit Contact” screen will open. You can add a Birthday and/or Transaction Anniversary by clicking into the field and typing in a month and date, OR by clicking the calendar icon to open a date picker.
  4. Click the “SAVE” button to save changes. The Birthday or Transaction Anniversary will now appear in the left-hand “Contact” box.

Taking Action on Upcoming Birthdays and Anniversaries

  1. Navigate to Control Panel > IDX > CRM Dashboard.
  2. On the right-side of the screen, the “Upcoming Dates” box will display any Birthdays or Anniversaries coming up in the next 7 days.
  3. You can click on a lead’s name in the box to open up their record, and use their email or address to send them a well-wishing or reminder to help develop your relationship.

If you have an integration with an email address set up on your account, tasks will automatically be created for lead birthdays and anniversaries.
