View Completed Agent CRM Tasks and Re-open Tasks

Users of the Agent CRM can use the filter function to view Completed tasks. This feature is only available for the Agent CRM product.

Viewing Completed Tasks

  1. Navigate to Control Panel > IDX > Leads > To Do.
  2. Click the “FILTERS” button in the upper-right to open the Filter options.
  3. Select the “Task Status” dropdown and select “Completed” and deselect “Active”.
  4. Click the “VIEW RESULTS” button at the bottom.
  5. You will be returned to the task list.

NOTE: If you want to re-open a task that was marked closed, filter by “Completed” tasks, then deselect the checkbox next to the task you want to reopen. The task will now return to the default “Active” task list.
