- Why do I need a website?
Today's real estate buyers, sellers and investors turn to the web
first. Sellers expect that their listing agents will have a website. In order to compete, you must have a website,
and your website must be professional and current. A successful website
will more than pay for itself with the business it generates and the
time it saves, plus it will be a tax write-off.
- What will my website address be?
With our help, you can choose a website address, or domain name.
(Example: www.YourName.com) We will register it for you if it is available.

- Is domain name registration included in your
prices?
Yes. One year's domain name registration is included at no cost
to you. Other providers may charge up to $70 for domain name registration.
- Does every website you build look the same?
Every website we build is unique. On our Classic and Ultra plans, we will start with one of our
designs, and then using your input, we will personalize the header graphic using your
photos, color choices and images. Our system is very flexible, and we
are open to your suggestions. Browse website

- Is graphic design included in your
setup price?
Yes. Our Classic and Ultra plans include custom graphic design.
Our Express plan is template based. Other providers may charge up to
$125 per hour for graphic design. Our setup fees include the design
of your website.
- Do some plans have more features than others?
See Plans & Prices. Website content varies depending on what each customer posts to the
Control Panel.
- Is hosting included in your prices?
Yes. Other providers may charge additional monthly hosting
fees.
- How do I get traffic to my website?
We recommend a combination of print advertising such as classifieds
and postcards, online advertising such as pay-per-click search engine
placement, and word of mouth. We will submit your website to search
engines including Google. Other providers
may leave you on your own or charge extra for this service. Read

- What is "search engine optimization"?

- Do you guarantee search engine positions?
Yes! But only if you are subscribed to one of our Managed Pay-per-click packages
- How do I make changes to my website?
You can use your web browser and your Control Panel to make changes
to your website. Other providers may charge for each change to
your website. Read more.

- How do I get technical support?
We offer US based toll-free telephone support 24 hours a day, 365 day a year,
as well as a full-featured online support system.
- How many photos can I upload per property
listing?
Twenty. Captions can also be added to each listing photo.
- How many listings can I have on my website?
Currently there is no limit to the number of listings you can display.
- Can I have a link to my local MLS?
Yes, if your local MLS is accessible to the public. In many cases
MLS search can be added for free. In some areas your MLS board or RealtorŪ
association may impose rules or fees. Our IDX
MLS Property Search option is also available to members of 140 RealtorŪ
Associations in 38 states (fees apply).
- How long will it take to get my website online?
Depending on complexity and the number of agents, it can take anywhere
from one hour to three weeks or more. Typically, you can expect your website
to be ready for business within one hour to seven business days depending
on your service plan.
- Can I keep my current email address?
Yes. Or we can give you a new one! We also include email forwarding services and can automatically forward
any mail from your website to your existing email address. POP3,
SMTP and Webmail are included with all of our plans.
- How do I get a domain name (website address)?
We will help you find and register a domain name that is available. Call us if you need help choosing a good one!
