Website pages and sections

Home page - This is the first page visitors will see when they arrive at your website. It should be informative, and it should reflect your personal and business strengths. Each home page that we design is unique. A design specialist will work with you to create a home page that is personalized to your tastes.

Featured listings - If you have an property listing to advertise or a special listing to promote, this is the place to do it. Featured listings can be updated using your Control Panel. Foreclosures, short sales and sold listings are supported as well as other property types. AgentWebsite is compatible with all major virtual tour providers. All listing pages include a handy "share on Facebook" link. Listings can be automatically imported from MLS if you sign up for AgentWebsite IDX.

MLS Listing search - If your MLS board offers free frameable IDX, we will make the necessary connections so that your website visitors can search the MLS. This service is available in many areas. If you need a more robust IDX solution, read more about Agentwebsite IDX / MLS Search. Note: In some areas, your local MLS board or Realtor Association may assess an additional fee.

Foreclosure Search - Visitors can search 1.8 million foreclosure, preforeclosure, bankruptcy, FSBO and tax lien listings across the United States located conveniently in one place - your website! Visitor registration is required for detailed property information. Registrations are sent you by email.

Mortgage Calculator - This page provides your website visitors with the ability to calculate what their monthly mortgage payment will be.

Sales listings - If you have sales listings, they can be showcased with simple descriptions and thumbnail images which are linked to full page descriptions and larger photos or renderings. Sales listings can be added to your website using your Control Panel. Up to twenty photos with captions can be uploaded per listing.

Rental listings - If you have residential or vacation rentals, they can be showcased by number of bedrooms, with simple descriptions and thumbnail images that are linked to full-page descriptions and larger photos. Rental listings can be added to your website using your Control Panel. Up to twenty photos with captionscan be uploaded per listing. This is a great way to generate vacation rentals leads.

Commercial listings - If you have commercial listings, they can be showcased with simple descriptions and thumbnail images that are linked to full-page descriptions and your plat maps or larger photos. Commercial listings can be added to your website using the Control Panel. Up to twenty images with captions can be uploaded per listing.

Area information - This section can be used to describe the market you serve with text and photos. If you serve multiple areas or neighborhoods, each description can be entered using your Control Panel. Optionally, areas can be linked to listings.

Profiles - This section contains personal profiles, photos, and a contact form for each agent or team member. Each profile is linked to a contact form. Inquiries are emailed to you immediately. An autoresponder is automatically sent to visitors who inquire, with a message that you can customize, using your Control Panel.

School reports - This section contains reports about schools in your area, including school contact information, student-teacher ratios and total student populations.

Contact - This page displays your primary contact information, and provides a form that visitors can use to inquire. Inquiries are sent to you immediately by e-mail. An autoresponder is automatically sent to visitors who inquire, with a customizable message from you.

Free Market Analysis (CMA) - This page offers your market analysis services. Inquiries are sent to you immediately by e-mail. An autoresponder is automatically sent to visitors who inquire, with a customizable message from you.

Buyer Information - This page can be customized with your own buyer-related information and it can generate leads from potential buyers. It can be updated with the Control Panel. Seller Information - This page can be customized with your own seller related information and can generate leads from potential sellers. It can be updated with the Control Panel. Buyer and Seller Articles - This section includes over fifty articles for Buyers and Sellers. Additionally, each article can be printed out with your contact information. (Because they are exclusively available for Realtors, NAR membership is required for this feature.)

Relocation - This page generates leads from visitors who request relocation information. Inquiries are sent to you immediately by e-mail. An autoresponder is automatically sent to visitors who inquire, with a customizable message from you.

Helpful Links - This is the page where you can post and display links to your preferred service providers or local websites, such as the Chamber of Commerce or regional school system. Links and descriptions can be updated using your Control Panel.
