Personalized website design - Our Classic and Ultra plans include custom header designs. Our Express plan is template based. For custom header designs, we start with one of our "themes", and then with your input, our professional designers will personalize it using photos, color choices and images. Unlimited Custom Pages - You can add search-engine-friendly custom pages to your website with a single click. You can create unique meta-tags, html pages titles and page urls for each custom page. Our Microsoft Word style editor makes it easy to create and format custom pages.

E-mail - All of our plans include professional grade e-mail services, including Webmail, POP3, authenticated SMTP, IMAP and Spam/Virus filtering. You can keep your current email address or create a new one. (Example: yourname@yourdomainname.com) You can also have e-mail forwarded to your existing address. Printable Property Brochures - Your website will automatically include professional looking printable property brochures for property listings that you post. Brochures include property details, photos, agent contact information, optional agent photo and company logo. This is a big time saver!

Auto-responders - We include contact forms in each website, which can generate leads, and send immediate replies to visitors who inquire. Auto-responders can be customized with special messages for buyers, sellers, general inquiries, relocation, and more.

Inquiry Conversion Tracking - How would you like to know exactly which third party websites are driving lead-generating traffic to your website? Now you can. Each inquiry (lead) generated by your website includes information about the search engine or website that the visitor used to find you.

Control Panel ^SM- Every website we deploy comes with a secret weapon - the AgentWebsite Control Panel^SM. This is where you make changes to your website. It's easy to use and includes spellcheck! Website Hosting includes nightly offsite and onsite backups, plus a redundant power grid in case of disaster.

Search engine promotion - We will automatically submit your website information to internet search engines and directories, including Google, and Yahoo!. Home page - This is the first page visitors will see when they arrive at your website. It should be informative, and it should reflect your personal and business strengths. Each home page that we design is unique. A design specialist will work with you to create a home page that is personalized to your tastes.

Featured listings - If you have an open house to advertise or a special listing to promote, this is the place to do it. Featured listings can be updated using your Control Panel.

MLS Listing search - If your MLS provider allows public searches, we will make the necessary connections so that visitors to your website can search the MLS. This service is available in most areas. Mortgage Calculator - This page provides your website visitors with the ability to calculate what their monthly mortgage payments will be.

Commercial listings - If you have commercial listings, they can be showcased with simple descriptions and thumbnail images that are linked to full-page descriptions and your plat maps or larger photos. Area information - This section can be used to describe the market you serve. If you serve multiple areas or neighborhoods, each description can be entered using your Control Panel. Optionally, areas can be linked to listings.

Profiles - This section contains personal profiles, photos, and a contact form for each agent. Each profile is linked to a contact form. Inquiries are emailed to you immediately. An autoresponder is automatically sent to visitors who inquire, with a message that you can customize, using your Control Panel.

School reports - This section contains reports about schools in your area, including school contact information, student-teacher ratios and total student populations.
